We provide a rapid, isothermal, nucleic acid–based point-of-care testing (POCT) solution package for onsite detection of mosquito-borne viruses such as dengue, Zika, and chikungunya. The system enables direct sample-to-result testing in as little as 15 minutes, with resolution down to the serotype level (different subtypes of the same virus), and does not require complex sample preprocessing. Compact and easy to operate, it is suitable for use in hospitals, clinics, customs and border checkpoints, and community settings to support early diagnosis, outbreak control, and routine surveillance.
