In Vivo Mosquito Insecticide Resistance Testing

活體蚊蟲抗藥性測試 

We perform localized assessments of mosquito susceptibility/resistance to public health insecticides (pyrethroids, organophosphates, carbamates) using WHO-standardized bioassays (adult tube tests, larval susceptibility assays). Our data-driven approach supports targeted vector control strategies with actionable insights. 

Insecticide Resistance Surveillance 

Quantify resistance intensity (low/moderate/high) in mosquito populations using WHO protocols. 

Synergist Efficacy Test 

Identify optimal synergist-insecticide combinations (e.g., PBO + pyrethroids) to overcome resistance. 

Insecticide Diagnostic Concentration Test  

Determine precise diagnostic concentrations of active ingredients for resistance threshold validation.

採用世界衞生組織(WHO)標準生物測定法(成蟲接觸筒試驗、幼蟲敏感性試驗),針對特定區域蚊蟲對公共衞生殺蟲劑(如除蟲菊酯類、有機磷類、氨基甲酸酯類)的敏感性/抗藥性進行評估,為制定精準地區性病媒防控策略提供科學數據支援。

抗藥性監測分析  

依據WHO標準,量化蚊群抗藥性強度(低/中/高)。  

增效劑協同效應測試  
篩選最佳增效劑-殺蟲劑組合(如PBO+除蟲菊酯),破解蚊蟲抗藥 性 。 

殺蟲劑診斷濃度測定  
精準測定殺蟲劑有效成分之診斷濃度,驗證抗藥性閾值 。
