We provide extensive detection platform for arbovirus, vector-borne pathogens and zoonotic pathogens from vector species and other animals and environmental samples, based on advanced sample collection methods (e.g., passive traps and professional surveillance personnel) and molecular screening technologies (e.g., PCR, INAAT, ELISA, and NGS). We also provide data analysis service for risk assessment of arbovirus, vector-borne pathogens and zoonotic pathogens.
Molecular screening and genomic sequencing of arboviruses
Molecular detection, with point-of-care testing (POCT) service available, and genomic sequencing panels of arboviruses, covering all the major genera of arboviruses (e.g., Flavivirus, Alphavirus, Orthobunyavirus, Phlebovirus, Thogotovirus, and etc.) as well as specific arbovirus pathogens (e.g., dengue virus, Japanese encephalitis virus, Zika virus, yellow fever virus and chikungunya virus).
Molecular screening and genomic sequencing of microbiota and parasites in vectors
Molecular detection and genomic sequencing panels of microbiota (e.g., Wolbachia, Rickettsia) and parasites (e.g., Plasmodium).
Genomic sequencing and population genetics of vector species
Genomic sequencing services (e.g., WGS, WES, mitogenome, ddRAD, UCE) of vector species (e.g, Aedes albopictus, Culex tritaeniorhynchus) + advanced population genetics analysis
